Cancellation Policy

By accepting this offer, you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), excerpts of which are listed below. Further information can be found on our website. Overtime: Working hours are calculated from the time the bar is fully set up and cocktails begin to be served. Extensions of working hours are possible at short notice upon request on-site. Overtime will be charged at €55.00 per bartender. Beverage Billing: If more cocktails are served than included in the offer, we charge €8.00 for each additional cocktail. Cocktail Variations: From classic cocktails to truly unique drinks – we create delicious drinks with something for every taste. Travel Costs: Travel within a 50 km radius of our location is free of charge. For distances over 50 km, a travel fee of €0.30 per kilometer will be charged. The calculation is based on the round trip. The fastest route according to common navigation systems is decisive for the calculation of distances. We ask for your understanding that every event must be canceled in writing, by email, at least 48 hours before the agreed date. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, we are unfortunately forced to charge 50 percent of the agreed package price. This amount covers the costs already incurred for planning, purchasing, and organization. The full invoice amount must be paid no later than 10 days after the event or the completion of our service. Payment is made using the payment methods specified on the invoice. If any discrepancies arise, please contact us immediately to find a solution.
